Exactly what the first 30 days look like
No discovery phase, no six-week implementation project. This is the actual sequence, and we do the unglamorous parts.
- Days 1–3Property, state and staff set up
We add your properties, set each one's state, and sync staff from your HRIS, or from a spreadsheet if that is what you have. Role mapping happens here, with us doing the tedious part.
- Days 4–10Your SOPs become courses
You send documents; we run them through the Authoring Studio and review the output together. The 525-lesson hotel library is already there underneath.
- Days 11–20One department goes live
We start with a single department, usually housekeeping or front office — rather than the whole property. Magic links go out by SMS; we watch line-staff completion daily.
- Days 21–30Automation switched on
Hire events, expiry cadences and refresher rules go live once the mapping is proven. From here, assignment stops depending on anyone remembering.
Who this is not for
Early-stage software is a trade, and it is not the right trade for everyone. Be wary of us if:
